Needs for John Hope Franklin

Our "adopted" school, John Hope Franklin Elementary, has as many as 20 families experiencing food shortages.  The school, along with another North Tulsa Church, is responding to the call but needs additional help.  If you are able, please bring shelf-stable food items, especially breakfast cereal, to church over the coming weeks so we can assist their efforts in ensuring no child or their family goes hungry.  These items will go in their food pantry.  You can also donate money via cash or check.  We will use those funds to purchase items tax-free.  Please give those funds to Angela Brewer or Barbara Sears.

We continue our efforts to supply the children of John Hope Franklin with winter clothing (new or gently used), including coats, underwear, socks, etc.  Please bring those items as well and we will ensure they get to John Hope Franklin on our behalf.

Annual Pledges

If you have not submitted a pledge card for 2026, it’s not too late!  Cards are available on the greeting table in the back.  You can place them in the offering plate or give directly to Barbara Sears or Jeremy Jackson.

Regarding pledges for 2025, we are at an alarming shortfall.  Please fulfill your pledge as you are able by 12/31/25.  For those who need documentation for tax purposes, all donations for the 2025 year must be received by December 31st.

Bishop’s Annual Appeal:  Upgrade St. Crispin’s Laundry Facilities

This year, Bishop Poulson is calling us together to raise funds for St. Crispin’s Conference Center + Camp’s laundry facilities.

Currently, we rely on a few washers and dryers to handle the needs of hundreds of guests each season. These machines are aging, inefficient, and not built to sustain the volume of linens and towels required by a conference center of this size.

Your generosity will help free our hardworking staff to focus even more of their time on the ministry of hospitality, rather than on hours and hours of laundry.

We will be accepting gifts through January 10, 2026.  Donations can be made online at www.epiok.org/bishops-appeal or mail a check to the diocesan office at 924 N. Robinson, Oklahoma City, OK 73102
